PPP Help
Kppp is one of the easiest KDE
utilities that is available. If you can't get it to work with the KDE then
you can also try Diald which can be set up by referring to the pages at
http://diald.unix.ch (click
here). In more
recent versions of SuSE Linux you can use Kinternet or YaST2 to
configure
your net connection in a few seconds. The helpful list of
instructions
that you can see below has been around for a long time but it might
just
be of some use to you. Most of the information that is here is
out of date but it's left in place on this site so that you can find it.
There are several internet pages which can help with dialup configuration
. If you aren't too sure about Kppp configuration

You can also use ISDN dialup with a terminal adapter and i4L.
